X-CYCLONE® Air-Recirculation Hood with a separation efficiency of up to 99.9999 %; flame-arresting capability tested in accordance with international standards; with integrated odour filter; hood frame made of stainless steel with integrated low- velocity air outlet; special perforated air outlet for tempered air supply on the longitudinal side of the hood; all cutting edges are folded and free of burrs; aerosol separator(s) fitted in inclined position in accordance with DIN EN 16282. Blanc panels are available to cover empty spaces between separators. The separators and blanc panels can be removed without tools and are suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher; emptying of the grease collecting channel at a deep-drawn point by means of a grease drain cock with internal thread; hood can optionally be fitted with separators with a reduced cross-section to adjust the optimal air volume to ensure the required separation efficiency. Entire design in accordance with DIN EN 16282, VDI 2052 and BGR 111 (Workplace Health and Safety Regulations); corrosion resistance is guaranteed by manufacturing processes in compliance with the regulations of the German Rustproof Stainless Steel Trademark Association (Warenzeichenverband Edelstahl Rostfrei e.V.); development, design and production based on the SNS principle. The hood is fitted with X- CYCLONE® Basic Separator Elements, RGN99 Odour Filters and a fan with step control. Recirculation mode incompliant with VDI 2052, approval and test reports to be obtained from the manufacturer.
