Description

X-CYCLONE® Capture Hood with a separation efficiency of up to 99.9999 %; flame-arresting capability tested in accordance with international standards; hood frame made of stainless steel with circumferential collecting channel; all cutting edges folded and free of burrs; aerosol separator(s) fitted in inclined position in accordance with DIN EN 16282. Blanc panels are available to cover empty spaces between separators. Separators and blank panels are removable without tools and suitable for cleaning in the dishwasher. Emptying of the grease collecting channel at a deep-drawn point by means of a grease drain cock with internal thread; hood can optionally be fitted with separators with a reduced cross-section to adjust the optimal air volume to the required separation efficiency; hood and components are tested for compliance with VDE and UL standards. Entire design in accordance with DIN EN 16282, VDI 2052 and BGR 111 (Workplace Health and Safety Regulations); corrosion resistance is guaranteed by manufacturing processes in compliance with the regulations of the German Rustproof Stainless Steel Trademark Association (Warenzeichenverband Edelstahl Rostfrei); development, design and production based on the SNS principle.
