Pump station ROPUMP DN 800

Overview
The RoPump DN 800 domestic pumping station conveys wastewater from low-lying points to the sewer network, a wastewater treatment plant or a septic tank where gravity drainage is not possible. It is engineered for reliable underground installation and operation in residential, commercial and light agricultural settings.

Scope of Delivery

• DN 800 shaft
• Submersible pumps (as specified per variant)
• Two float switches
• Check valve, shut-off valve and discharge pipe
• FEKA VS with lifting device (for FEKA variants)

Operation
Pumps are started when the wastewater level in the sump reaches the set activation height. Switching is controlled by float switches or level sensors. Sump volume and activation levels must be selected based on inflow rates, pump capacity and permitted switching cycles per hour. The discharge line must include a check valve to prevent backflow and a shut-off valve for maintenance or pump failure.

The unit features a robust PE shaft capable of withstanding installation loads and continuous operation. The dual-pump setup improves availability under variable inflow conditions and enables handling of increased wastewater volumes with staged operation or redundancy.
