Pump station ROPUMP DN 1200

Overview The RoPump DN 1200 is a lifting station designed to convey wastewater and rainwater where gravity drainage is not possible. It enables backflow-proof discharge from below the backflow level to a higher discharge point and operates fully automatically. The system is intended for municipal applications and high inflow volumes and features a dual-submersible pump configuration for continued operation and redundancy.

Note Control unit and cover are not included in the scope of delivery.

Operation Pumps start when wastewater reaches preset activation levels. Pump control is based on level switches or equivalent sensors. Chamber volume and activation levels are selected according to inflow rates, pump capacity and permitted switching cycles. Two pumps provide redundancy and allow uninterrupted operation in case of a pump fault. The discharge line is fitted with check valves to prevent backflow; shut-off valves permit isolation for maintenance.
