Two-component polyurethane compound to be used as a binder for realize decorative stone carpets. The floor will be suitable for outdoor use, draining and resistant to weathering and yellowing. Description Solvent-free polyurethane formulation suitable for mixing with decorative stone in the creation of Cflooring, including driveways, with a draining effect, indoors or outdoors. Thicknesses between 1 and 3 cm can be obtained. Covering with high mechanical resistance without yellowing or degradation by atmospheric agents. Rapid development of water resistance. Long shelf life. Use Stone Carpet with thicknesses of about 10-12 mm. E.g. terraces, walkways, civil premises, etc. Stone carpet suitable for vehicles with thicknesses of about 24-30 mm. E.g. forecourts, small parking lots, etc. Support The substrate should not be wet or damp at the time of application. There must be no holes, irregularities or despairs. Ensure appropriate slopes to facilitate drainage. Preparation Cementitious surfaces must be treated with PAVIWATER T68 diluted 1:0.5 with water and broakcasting fresh on fresh with QUARZO RESINATO B1 total coverage. After broadcasting remouve the quartz in exess. Dusty or highly absorbent cementitious surfaces should be treated by applying a coat of PAVIWATER T68 diluted 1:3 with water. Application Delimit the surface to be covered using appropriate perforated profiles, with a height equal to the final thickness to be obtained.
