DESIGN The unmistakable design of Smeg appliances embraces the new range of Galileo ovens. A 60 cm platform houses the combined steam oven with the addition of professional algorithms: STEAM100PRO. Five cooking levels are concealed by an elegant aesthetic which, in a single appliance, combines traditional cooking with steam cooking, for excellent cooking results. COOKING METHODS CONTINUOUS STEAM Continuous steam cooking allows you to set a humidity level between 20 and 100%, which remains constant throughout cooking. PULSING STEAM Pulsed steam cooking allows you to activate steam pulses automatically or manually. The manual function generates 8 minutes of steam when needed. The automatic function allows you to set three different pulsating steam levels at the start of cooking: the first level with activation at the start of cooking, the second level at the beginning and half of cooking, the third level at the beginning, middle and end of cooking.
