DESIGN The unmistakable design of Smeg appliances embraces the new range of Galileo ovens. A 60 cm platform houses the combined steam oven: STEAM100. Five cooking levels are concealed by an elegant aesthetic which, in a single appliance, combines traditional cooking with steam cooking, for excellent cooking results. STEAM TECHNOLOGY The steam technology of the Steam100 oven allows you to set up to 5 steam functions, in addition to the sous vide cooking function. Continuous steaming requires a constant level of humidity throughout the preparation, which can be set between 20% and 100%. WATERLOADING Quick and intuitive, the water loading system is designed to enhance the aesthetics of the oven, thanks to an integrated 800 ml tank that does not alter its external design. The use of innovative technologies guarantees up to six hours of autonomy with a single water filling at the start of preparation.
