Description

ALSAN® QUICK 500 is a two component UV resistant watertight polyurethane resin directly accessible by pedestrians. ALSAN® QUICK 500 is applied in one layer. ALSAN® QUICK 500 is the main constituent in the ALSAN® QUICK 500, Liquid Waterproofing System procedure, to be use without additional protection. ALSAN® QUICK 500 complies with APSEL rules according to SE4 requirements. Specific indications regarding the application of the product can be found by referring to the technical instructions for: -Waterproofing for domes, cornices, arches, gutters -Waterproofing for concrete bleachers -Renovation of old waterproofing membranes or asphalt -Renovation of metal decking or fibre-cement flat sheets For new work and renovation. ALSAN® QUICK 500 must be used between a temperature of 5°C and 35°C. - Mix components A and B for 3 minutes using a 4-blade beater on low speed (approx. 300 t/min). - Ensure that a proper homogeneity of the mixture is obtained. ALSAN® QUICK 500 must be applied with a metal/rubber serrated scraper (7 mm). Surface must be clean and dry onto primer-covered surfaces. A roller is finally on ALSAN® QUICK 500 to have a smooth and glossy aspect. Primer PRU is recommended for fast drying applications Refer to specific technical information and working instructions. Product cleaning: use Diluant V or L (thinners).
