Description
A new 1300m2 health centre in the village of Cranleigh has replaced an existing 1960s era facility. The cross-laminated timber structural frame allowed for rapid erection and much of the interior CLT surface have been left exposed. This project has been really well received in the UK, recently winning Best Public Building Award and being Highly Commended in the Community Award and the Sustainable Design Award at the Waverley Design Awards.
