The Eco-Ventilated panel lets you cut energy consumption owing to room ventilation and cooling requirements. It lets you create and maintain comfortable indoor conditions. What´s more, thanks to its characteristic configuration, the phenomenon of material ageing is minimised, by improving the life and resistance of the materials. The mechanical performance of the concrete elements is optimised by double reinforcement - in the inner and external layers - letting you control the coplanarity of the panels. The innovative Eco profile reinforcement system (a B.S. Italia patent) is a framework system with improved adhesion, suitably integrated with welded wire fabric and steel rebars to increase the inertia of the panel. This helps reduce the risk of flexure in larger concrete elements. The Eco Ventilated panel has the following layers: An inner layer of reinforced concrete with bi-directional stiffening A heat insulating layer with a corresponding incorporated and shaped air gap An external layer of reinforced concrete with the surface finish. Eco reinforcement profiles make all the layers 100% solid.
