User guidanceThe cement content must be correct and the water:cement ratio kept as low as practicable consistent with satisfactory placing, thorough compaction and effective curing. Final surface finish depends on operator skill and familiarity with materials and methods. Ferrocrete is manufactured from natural materials and slight shade variations may occur between manufacturing centres. Tarmac cannot accept responsibility for workmanship not carried out in accordance with good practice.
