PROJECT This lodge-type bungalow is being studied on behalf of a client as part of the development of a luxury resort in East Africa. The concept is to offer spacious lodges, which can accommodate up to 5 people, and to offer top-of-the-range service. DESCRIPTION & LAYOUT Each 50m2 lodge includes: • 2 suites with respective access to the terrace • An independent bathroom • A dining room & a common lounge, located between the suites, in the center of the lodge MATERIALS & TECHNICAL INFORMATION The set consists of a galvanized steel post-beam structure covered by a PVC canvas with wide overhangs. The ceiling is made of an ecru sheer curtain. The walls are made up of wooden panels dressed in Ipe wood boards. The terraces are also made of Ipe wood boards. Large bay windows and a restored old door are available on the facades.
