Elegance and functionality for this angular composition that combines design and home life.
In London, Emma Bice creates for her family a home where design solutions combine with domestic intimacy. The designer reinterpreted a semi-detached house of a typically English style with a modern and refined approach; a space dedicated to a dynamic, committed, active family who loves speding time outside and shares the various activities of home life.
HEARTH OF DOMESTIC LIFE: EVERYTHING IS AT HAND
The kitchen space opens to the living room and to the sleeping area, integrates with the outside, combines convivial space with the preparation of food and with work; a multifunctional space, center of home life, where everything is close at hand. The kitchen project, designed on D90 and K6 concepts, combines elegance, sobriety and functionality; the composition is angular with a central island matched with a lateral snack area: all the worktops, the snack bar and the splashbacks are made of natural stone, whereas the columns are in Rovere Materico Bruno oak veneer; the bases combine lacquered grey fronts and doors finish with an anthracite melamine structure.
On the island there is a stainless steel sink, a five-burner stove and the bases house a series of drawers. The columns integrate electric and microwave ovens, as well as a refrigerator.
