TM Italia arrives in St. Petersburg in the prestigious MK Interio space TM Italia was chosen as the sole kitchen partner for the MK Interio design space in St. Petersburg, located at Mytninskaya Naberezhnaya, 7/5. The showroom is situated in a spacious and bright apartment, in a building in the historic city centre on the Neva River, and is designed to offer inspirational ambiances for its customers. MK Interio, TM Italia’s partner, has become known as a reference point in the Russian city for high-end furnishings for demanding and select clientele, due to its professional and refined approach. TM Italia is featured in the showroom with a linear island kitchen designed by the architects Alexandra Kasakovtseva and Maria Mahonina, the professional duo who are the creative soul of MK Interio. COURTAIN-LIKE APPEAL FOR GOLD LACQUERED DOORS The neutral colours, selected in cool white tones, are warmed by the light brown of the marble and by the matte gold lacquer used for certain detailing of the grooved handles and for the columns. For the composition, the T45 bases with glossy brushed Glacier White lacquered finish, with a customised gold finish for the frame and grooves, were chosen. In addition, for the columns, whose retractable doors feature complex three-dimensional craftsmanship, custom-made on the architects’ design that evokes the soft vertical drapery of precious fabrics, a matte gold finish was chosen that provides the space with a touch of impressive refinement and uniqueness.
