An exclusive turnkey multiapartment project, enriched by 3 kitchens, living room and night area furniture. In San Benedetto del Tronto, Italy, inside a prestigious residential complex overlooking the sea, TM Italia has furnished turnkey interiors for three apartments, each designed to make the most of the available spaces and to satisfy the requests of the customers, each with a different lifestyle also reflected in the choice of furniture and kitchens. In the living areas, various solutions have been adopted according to the spaces and needs of customers. As for the sleeping area, the requirement was to make the most of the space and create as much room as possible for storing clothes and objects. Full-height wardrobes have been created to use every centimeter available, custom-made bedside tables for each room, TV totems but also the headboards of the beds equipped with LED lighting, each of them with a unique and personalized design. SEAFRONT ROOFTOP In the rooftop apartment of this prestigious residence, the kitchen, living room and bedrooms have been set up. The kitchen was developed on the D90 model, a corner composition with the peninsula overlooking the living area, perfect for entertaining guests and keeping spaces fluid. The finish of the base units doors and tall units is in characteristic 45 ° ash-stained oak, a particular woodworking that gives elegance to the whole creation. The singular herringbone effect given by the 45 ° mirrored veins gives a unique character to this sea view apartment. The wall units with push & pull opening feature Grigio alpaca grey lacquered doors, while the worktop is in arabesque stoneware with integrated sink.
