PRODUCT OVERVIEW
COVIA TG is a single-flap smoke vent designed for rapid extraction of warm air and smoke, daily ventilation and natural daylighting. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant aluminium and produced under ISO 9001 quality control, the unit meets NSHEV requirements according to EN 12101-2.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

• Suitable for horizontal and inclined roofs up to 15°.
• Installable on various kerbs and domes or into barrel-vault daylighting systems.
• Commonly used in warehouses, logistics centres, stairwell enclosures, production areas and industrial facilities.

MATERIALS

• Tempered corrosion-resistant aluminium (EN AW 5754).
• Corrosion-resistant bearings and seals treated to reduce air permeability and prevent freezing.
• Standard supply: untreated aluminium; option for electrostatic painting in any RAL colour.

DIMENSIONS

• Roof opening width: 800–1300 mm.
• Roof opening length: 1000–1700 mm.
• Available sizes depend on width/length ratio; custom dimensions can be supplied within the specified construction limits.

OPENING ANGLE

• Available opening angles: 140°, 150°, 160°.

CONTROLS / FIRE VENTILATION

• M24V: traverse with 24 V electric motor for automated operation and integration with fire ventilation systems.

BASE TYPES

• Single aluminium base.
• Double-wall aluminium base with insulation.
• Double-wall aluminium base with insulation and thermal break (TB).
