Thanks to the rich offer of profiles, the architects and designers designing enginners may realize even the most bold concepts as regards the aluminium-glass structures. The system is intended for constructing and creating the light-weight curtain walls of hanging and filling type, as well as roofs, skylights and other structures. The shape of mullions and transoms allows building aesthetic facades with visible narrow dividing lines, ensuring the structure durability and resistance at the same time. Additionally, the profiles have rounded external edges, what gives the so-called soft-line effect. The large number of mullions and transoms available in this system guarantees the best possible aluminium use. The economic profiles were obtained by optimization of the intersection shape and by selecting the optimal wall thickness. At a very high load, all mullions may be additionally reinforced with typical internal aluminium profiles, increasing their resistance. The simple profile processing lowers the workload and eliminates all types of carvings at the side surfaces of the mullions.

Construction
The mullions and transoms are square cut assembled using a combination of factory fitted face-fixed junction spigots and concealed anti-rotation spigots. This robust construction offers ease of fabrication greater accuracy and enhanced stability.
The mullion jointing uses a specially designed sleeve spigot for each mullion for a quality joint.
All machine operations can be performed on drill jigs with punch tooling for drainage, to reduce fabrication time and cost, and achieve consistent quality.

The Stabalux threaded tube system, which is made of continuously galvanized steel and integrated screw channel technology, greatly reduces planning, manufacturing and installation costs.
The profiles, which are designed in line with the static requirements, are available in various depths and wall thicknesses, and are ideal for high structures and the creation of a large glazed area look. The threaded tube system is not only suitable for standard glazing but, above all, for special glass types such as fire protection glass and structural glazing.

This new system has been designed for the construction of stick walls with external capping, to manufacture vertical and straight, facades or skylights (as an alternative to the SL60 system] that allows the manufacturer to save in terms of the weight of the product and labor expenses.

In addition to the standard sizes, the rectangular tube and the 3D profile are also available in lengths of up to 1.20 m, which can be combined with all facade systems. In this way, external corners, embrasures and other projections can be integrated in a visually harmonious manner and safely executed with regard to construction physics. S Profile is perhaps the oldest established corrugated profile and it is described and defined in BS 4868. This is a very shallow profile and is therefore not suitable for foot traffic, but is intended for close spaced purlins on relatively steep pitches. Since this is a symmetrical profile it is suitable for forming into smooth curves.
