EXTRUDED: spaghetti, maccheroni, fusilli, penne, ecc. and a lot of other kinds of pasta (by changing the moulds)

RAVIOLI: it produces detached ravioli of different forms, by working with different stuffing with cheese, fish, meat, vegetables

TAGLIATELLE: it produces tagliatelle, dough for lasagne, quadrucci, tagliolini, ecc., with a rotatine, patented mould, it is possible to select 4 kinds of pasta in the different sizes, with adjustable thickness and length. Under request are available other different widths.


The simple construction permit allows an easy dismantling of the parts, for a simple and complete cleaning. All the parts getting in touch with pasta and stuffing are in stainless steel and materials suitable for foods. All functions are controlled by life lubricating gearmotor. All safety devices follow the current laws. Feeding with 3-phase current 380 V %u2013 50 HZ. Under request special voltage.
