This machine is suitable for the production of pasta with meat stuffing but it can also operate with lean stuffing, vegetables, cheese, etc. It is fitted with interchangeable moulds for the production of cappelletti, ravioli and tortelloni, in the different indicated sizes. Each mould is covered with teflon and it allows to work with different kind of pasta, without problems for the operator. The changing of the mould is easy and simple and it may be effected even by an unexperienced staff. The simple construction allows the dismantling of the parts, for an easy and complete cleaning. The thickness of the sheet of pastry may be adjusted by a group of calibrating tollers. The quantity of the stuffing may be dosen in the desired percentage, without stopping the machine. All the parts, getting in touch with the pasta and the stuffing are in stainless steel and made in food suitable materials. The machine has got a speed gear lever and under request it may be fitted with a system for the remains recycle. All the functions are controlled by motoreducers with a kind of life lubrification. All the safety devices follows the laws in force. Feeding with 3 phases curent 380 Volts 50 Hz; on request with special voltages.
