Overview
The TTS1M is a coin-operated tripod turnstile designed to control paid entry in locations such as museums, monuments, leisure centres and public toilets. Entry is granted when an accepted coin or token is inserted. The unit can be configured to allow free exit by pushing the tripod arms.

Operation
The TTS1M manages on-site paid access autonomously. Users insert a coin or token to trigger passage authorisation. Rejected coins are returned to a collection tray accessible to the user.

Programmable coin/token acceptor

• Programmable to accept up to 6 coin/token profiles.
• Accepts combinations of coins (e.g. 1€ or 2×50c for a 1€ tariff).
• Compatible with tokens within the accepted size range.
• Learning based on diameter, thickness and drop time through the mechanism.
• Automatic release of coins in case of jam.
• Integrated power: 50 mA @ 12 VDC standby, 450 mA during insertion detection.

Coin learning / Programming
Programming is performed on the unit via the configuration button and a coin-learning procedure: insert the reference coin several times until the acceptor emits three consecutive beeps confirming learning. Repeat for each coin/token type (up to 6).

Receptacle and emptying
The turnstile incorporates a large-capacity internal coin box accessible only to the operator via the turnstile hood key. The front section of the receptacle slides upward to facilitate emptying.

Applications
Suitable for unattended paid access (amusement parks, historic sites, public toilets, leisure centres, etc.). Versions with coin acceptors are also available for full-height turnstiles to prevent unauthorised passage without payment.
