The slicer is equipped with two indipendent motors, one for the blade movement the other for the automatic movement of the food-holder carriage. Food advancement through gravity. The slicer is provided of slice counter, new interesting device, which permits to preselect the desired number of slices. Once the selected number is reached the slice counter stops cutting and the food-holder plate backs ut towards the operator and stop. If you want to cut again same number of slices you only need to push again the starting button. The slicer have a stroke adjustment knob who allow to change the cutting length in accordance with goods dimensions and we obtain a greater cutting speed just to obtain a 100 slices at minute.
