Overview
Carminati applied magnetic levitation to the Skyline Minimal Frames collection, creating Skyline NØFORCE, a minimal wooden lift-and-slide that uses passive magnetic levitation to move sashes up to 1,000 kg. Combined with the patented recessed floor guide, the magnetic runner system developed by Ironlev® increases performance and refinement of the frame.

Design and technology
Skyline NØFORCE features a minimalist wooden frame, a patented recessed floor guide and a magnetic runner system. The structure integrates thermal-break elements and a flexible articulated belt that enables smooth travel of large panels while minimizing visible sightlines. Magnetic levitation provides vertical lift and low-resistance translation, eliminating traditional mechanical carriages and hinges.
