Barrier consisting of transparent safety glass panels complete with frame and gaskets. These panels can be used along roads, motorways or High Speed railway lines. The clear, tempered laminated glass panel consists of coupled sheets joined by a clear, coloured or colour-less PVB film. The galvanised steel perimeter frame is painted on 3 or 4 sides. For specific, single-sheet applications dimensions of 4600 mm in height and 2000 mm in width of clear surface without any joints or frames can be reached. On request, the glass surfaces can receive a self-cleaning treatment (SSG Bioclean®) to minimise maintenance and cleaning requirements or build "glass curtain walls" without retaining perimeter walls, suitable for road-side installation. In order to ensure maximum bird control on the clear surfaces, colouring of the PVB or bird-of-prey dummy application or silk screen strip printing of the surfaces are available, as well as the specially designed and tested innovative 4Birds® treatment. The HST break-preventing treatment, available on request, enables to dramatically reduce spontaneous (naturally occurring) breaks in the glass.
