CIR MOBILE BARRIER MADE FROM CONCRETE AND MINERALIZED WOOD
Whenever the temporary and mobile nature of a job-site makes it necessary to adopt a flexible, multifunctional (anti-noise, dust-proofing, anti-intrusione, marking-off) solution without special foundations being needed, the CIR MOBILE concrete and mineralised wood barrier can be used.
The material is obtained via mineralisation of wood, which is bound with cement. Woods of any type are ground, even where their internal humidity is variable. Wood is ground in small fibres of different size, is dried at high temperature (about 350°C) and mixed with mineral powders and other products to block any movement. Mineralised wood has a density of at least 550 kg/m3. There are two temporary barrier options which can be adopted as the ideal solution for job-site applications: mono-absorbent (sound-absorbing on the face exposed to noise) and bi-absorbing (sound-absorbing on both faces).
