Product overviewDEBO® MINERALAM® – Compact Mineral™ is produced from reclaimed industrial minerals (coal slag and metal slag) blended with phenolic resin. Using hot charging, conditioning, centrifugal fiberization, resin blending, mat forming and hot pressing, industrial by-products are transformed into a Class A non-combustible, weather-resistant, recyclable architectural panel designed for facades, walls, ceilings and other building applications.
Made from reclaimed mineralsMINERALAM® converts industrial by-products into building resources via a hot-slag direct fiberization process that avoids re-melting and reduces unit energy consumption by approximately 62%, achieving a by-product conversion rate greater than 98%.
Fire safety- DEBO® MINERALAM® boards achieve a Class A non-combustible rating.
- Core consists of inorganic mineral fibers that do not ignite, do not propagate flames and do not emit toxic smoke.
- No additional flame retardants are required thanks to the intrinsic heat resistance of the mineral fiber core, providing reliable fire performance for high-rise buildings and public spaces.
Circular economy- Raw materials sourced from coal chemical processing and ferroalloy/manganese smelting by-products.
- Hot-slag direct fiberization minimizes energy use and maximizes conversion of industrial by-products into usable fibers.
- Designed to support a closed-loop industrial symbiosis by turning upstream waste into downstream building materials.
Weather resistance & durability- Mineral-based core delivers excellent dimensional stability and resists freeze–thaw cycles, UV exposure, acids and alkalis.
- Low thermal expansion prevents warping across a performance range from +80°C to -40°C.
- Surface coating undergoes Electron Beam Curing (EBC) weather treatment to maintain color and texture after prolonged outdoor exposure.
Moisture, insect & rot resistance- Inorganic mineral fibers are non-absorbent and do not support mold, insect infestation or biological decay.
- Low water absorption ensures stability in humid environments without swelling or deformation.
- Suitable for hygiene-sensitive and subterranean spaces such as tunnels, subways, hospitals and other critical environments.
Design aesthetics- Color management provides natural mineral textures, matte finishes, stone-like effects and standard or custom colors.
- Surfaces present a refined mineral character that balances industrial texture and architectural restraint.
- Available in multiple thicknesses, dimensions and edge treatments; boards can be cut to custom shapes for facades, cladding, ceilings and indoor/outdoor furniture.
Maintenance-free- Surface is self-cleaning; ordinary stains are removed by rainfall.
- No routine repainting or surface treatment required; occasional cleaning preserves appearance.
- Reduces long-term ownership and maintenance costs compared with traditional materials.
