M10 and CRM structural thermal insulation plaster to reinforce historic buildings and to improve the thermal comfort at the same time. Composed by natural raw materials, such as cork, natural hydraulic lime NHL 5, clay, it is perfect for façades, retrofitting insulation, ceilings, vaults. Diathonite Sismactive is the step forward of Diasen's cork-based plasters: it combines the thermal properties of cork with the strenght of lime, clay and the other natural aggregates of which the material is composed, such as diatomaceous earth. It is the only solution to reinforce and old historic building, especially if it is located in a seismic area, and to thermally insulate it at the same time; furthermore, Diathonite Sismactive also ensures a very good resolution of moisture problems, as it is able to absorb the rising dampness and release it out of the walls: that is why it is a total and ultimate solution for old masonries, because it takes care of them avoiding all the possible problems. Diathonite Sismactive is perfect for walls retrofitting, outside applications, vaults, ceilings. It is designed according to the CRM (Composite Reinforced Mortar) specifications and it owns a mechanical resistance class M10. In terms of thermal insulation, its certified thermal conductivity value is of 0.065 W/mK. Key benefits: - Structural reinforcement and thermal insulation plaster: multiple solutions in just one material - M10 compression resistance, according to EN 998-2 - Low VOC emissions - Ecological solution, made of 100% natural raw materials - Perfectly suitable for renovation and retrofit of historic buildings - CE marked according to EN 998-1 and EN 998-2
