DED540 Is designed and built to be employed exclusively for the food industry, specifically for the production of cappelletti, ravioli and tortelloni in various shapes and sizes, depending on the type of mould assembled. The machine can be operated on its own or as part of a production line. Several and interchangeables dies available. One couple of stainless steel adjustable laminating rollers. Pasta thickness can be regulated. The filling is inserted by an external Lobe Pump machine.
