All components are made from stainless steel to ensure its maximum solidity coupled with a perfect hygiene. The meat mincer standard equipment includes a funnel that turns it into a real professional sausage filler. By using its standard funnel, the meat grinder can also turn into a juice extractor for tomatoes, function which is particularly suitable for bakery products. **Entirely made from aluminum, the professional grater is removable from the main body and can be completely disassembled: it is the only grater in its category allowing an easy and thorough cleaning of the cylinder and of all its mechanical components. The tool is designed for use with the 1400 rpm drive shaft and is provided with as afety switch to start it up at lowered lever only.
