OverviewThe Concept range of flight-type (conveyor) dishwashers is the result of process re-engineering for high-capacity professional washing. Machines feature the latest technologies to deliver high throughput, reduced water and energy consumption, and adaptable handling for different types of crockery.
Key features- Perfect drying: Air is drawn to heated turbines raising drying air to 50–60 ºC; additional consecutive drying modules can be fitted for challenging loads.
- Energy recovery: Steam extraction system recovers heat via a heat exchanger to preheat water fed to the boiler.
- Adaptive rinse system: Final rinse consumption adjusts to belt speed; lower speeds reduce rinse water due to increased dwell time.
- Steam extraction (0-STEAM): Minimises steam emission into the workspace while recovering heat.
- Automatic operation: Photocell at entry starts the machine on detection; exit detector stops the belt at cycle end.
- Eco options: Available in electric and gas versions; gas models may include an integrated generator for improved efficiency.
Belts / Handling optionsAll models offer three belt types to match load type:
- For plates and crockery racks
- For kitchenware (pots, containers and pans)
- For insulated/isothermal trays
Construction and general featuresThe tunnel is double-walled stainless steel. Standard inlet opening is 630 x 440 mm and an anti-splash module is fitted. Standard drying is high-power with up to two additional drying modules in line. Electronic water temperature control is provided for pre-rinse and rinse cycles. The adaptive final rinse system includes a rinse pump and break tank to ensure low, consistent consumption across speeds.
Safety and controlsSafety package includes start/stop buttons at entry and exit, safety thermostat, anti-block system with belt reverse, automatic dish detection by photocell, belt-end detection with stop and auto-start, sensorised safety doors, magnetic door release and safety interlocks.
