Product overviewGeopod is a permanent modular formwork for waffle raft foundations and ground slabs on expansive clay soils. Manufactured in 100% recycled polypropylene (PP), the system is engineered to reduce concrete use and improve material efficiency on residential and light commercial slab projects.
Modules and sizesThe primary Geopod module measures 109 x 109 x h30 cm and forms ribs with 1200 mm centres. The range also includes Geopod-Midi (1/4 of the main pod) and Geopod-Mini (1/8 of the main pod) to allow horizontal adjustments and adaptability to site geometry.
Installation & logisticsGeopod modules are stackable and supplied with spacers for sequential pod placement, enabling fast, manual installation without specialised plant. Stackability allows approximately 95 m2 of slab coverage per single h180 cm pallet, reducing transport and handling costs.
