Material
Cristalplant® is a composite material with a stone-like appearance and soft-touch feel. It is mainly composed of high-purity trihydrated aluminum fillers bound by vegetable-origin resins (corn/maize) Biobased®. The material is durable, photocatalytically antibacterial, repairable from scratches, impacts and yellowing, and is recyclable at end of life.

Care and maintenance
For proper care of the Cristalplant / Cristalplant Color finish on your Ideagroup washbasin use soapy water, common detergents, gel cleaners or mild abrasives with Scotch-Brite type sponges. Rinse thoroughly after using cleaning products. Avoid solvents such as acetone or trichloroethylene and aggressive chemicals such as hydrochloric acid, caustic soda, drain cleaners or coating solvents.

Installation
For correct installation use only neutral, transparent, non-acetic silicones to prevent surface corrosion.
