Natural marbles are calcareous rocks composed of calcium carbonates, silica, iron and other minerals: their combination determines colour and structural variations. Small imperfections or differences in tone or surface compactness are to be considered qualities and not defects, characteristics of the raw material.

Care and maintenance
For proper care of the natural marble of your Ideagroup basin, use a cloth dampened with water. For stains of acidic origin apply a thin layer of “FILAKRISTAL”; once dry, remove it with a sponge. Limescale residues can be removed with “POLISH” (marble formula). Avoid abrasive scouring pads and products such as trichloroethylene, acetone, aggressive chemicals, and the placement of hot objects or cigarettes.

Installation
For correct installation, strictly use neutral non-acetic transparent silicones to avoid surface corrosion.
