Material
Acritek sinks are made from an acrylic material free of natural mineral fillers. Acritek is characterized by good impact resistance, long-term colour stability and resistance to UVB radiation. It is water-repellent and prevents absorption of commonly staining substances such as enamels, dyes and cosmetic products. Available in matte or glossy finish.

Care and maintenance
For glossy Acritek: use a damp cloth or sponge and non-abrasive liquid detergents, rinse with water and dry with a microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive detergents, alcohol, acetone, trichloroethylene or other solvents; if contact occurs rinse the surface immediately with water. To maintain gloss, application of polish is recommended.

For matte Acritek: use a Scotch-Brite sponge and abrasive powder detergents, rinse with water and dry with a microfiber cloth. Avoid alcohol, acetone, trichloroethylene or other solvents; if contact occurs rinse immediately with water.

Installation
For correct installation use neutral non-acetic transparent silicones to avoid surface corrosion.
