Description

The RF ALUMAT ECO aluminum-coated mats are the latest addition to the family of fiber insulating mats. They offer the same benefits as previous RF MAT ECO mats, but introducing superior physical properties, to improve both thermal performance and handling. RF ALUMAT ECO Aluminum Coated Mats are highly needle-punched mats based on earthy alkaline silica wool, which are reprocessed at specialized manufacturing facilities. The aluminum foils are glued to the surface of the mats using a special inorganic adhesive. This wide range of mats is available in various combinations of density and thickness, and is particularly suitable for use in fire protection applications and as a barrier to fumes in furnace linings. For temperatures up to 1200-1300°C!
