Description

• Length: 100 mm • Diameter: 13 mm • Rubber length: 30 mm • Drill hole 14 mm Steel packer 13/100 mm with cone nipple for crack injection and injection work. For use in building materials such as concrete, hollow block, brick or sandstone. Can be used for the injection of epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, silicone emulsion. Steel packers with cone nipples, also known as drill packers or screw packers, are specially designed tools for injecting polyurethane and epoxy resins in surface and crack injections. To use them, holes must be drilled according to the diameter of the packer and thoroughly cleaned. The distance between packers depends on the thickness of the component (half the component thickness corresponds to the packer distance). The packers are screwed into the prepared drill holes in the masonry, whereby the expansion of the adhesive rubber enables a firm anchoring in the component. They are placed alternately at an angle of 45° to the crack. After the filler material has been grouted, the packer can either be unscrewed or knocked off. The cracks or drill holes are then sealed with filler material. These steel packers are suitable for use in boreholes in common building materials such as concrete, hollow block, brick and sandstone. They can be used for the injection of epoxy resin, polyurethane resin and silicone emulsion and are suitable for injection pressures of up to 150 bar.
