Description

• 20 x 300 mm • External thread M10 x 1.0 • Rubber 70 mm The steel packer 20/300 is equipped with an external thread of M10 x 1 and has a special adhesive rubber which ensures a secure anchorage in the masonry. The packer is ideal for injecting polyurethane and epoxy resins for surface and crack injections. The connection is equipped with M10 x 1.0 for flat-head nipples with internal thread or plug and fits perfectly for boreholes with a diameter of 20 mm. The steel packer 20/300 is an excellent choice for contractors, renovation professionals and do-it-yourselfers looking for a reliable and effective solution for injecting polyurethane and epoxy resins Steel packers with cone nipples, also known as drill packers or screw packers, are specially designed tools for injecting polyurethane and epoxy resins in area and crack injections. To use them, holes must be drilled according to the diameter of the packer and thoroughly cleaned. The distance between packers depends on the thickness of the component (half the component thickness corresponds to the packer distance). The packers are screwed into the prepared drill holes in the masonry, whereby the expansion of the adhesive rubber enables a firm anchoring in the component. They are placed alternately at an angle of 45° to the crack. After the filler material has been grouted, the packer can either be unscrewed or knocked off. The cracks or drill holes are then sealed with filler material. These steel packers are suitable for use in boreholes in common building materials such as concrete, hollow block, brick and sandstone.
