Retarder admixture POLYBETON REVEAL

POLYBETON REVEAL is a water-based, surface-deactivator for the explosion of aggregates, on POLYBETON surface. Applied on fresh Polybeton surface. The success in the application depends on the right preparation of the underlay and use of the material. POLYBETON REVEAL should be stirred thoroughly before use. The fresh concrete surface of POLYBETON is sprayed evenly with POLYBETON REVEAL while it is still fresh. Washing is then carried out within 24 hours (depends on the weather conditions), using high-pressure water machine. Along with washing, it is recommended brushing of the surface using a hard-bristle broom to facilitate the exposure of aggregates. The same washing-rhythm should be kept for a uniform final surface; however the washingrhythm might have to be adjusted in case of extreme changes of temperature. Finally, after the surface is dry (one or two days depending on ambient temperature) POLYBETON PROTECT is applied on the surface using spray (consumption: 200-250 gr/m2).
