Commercial gnocchi machine GN90

This machine is realized for the production of dumplings, with potatoes or specific preparations. It is completely in stainless steel; it has got a device for the suling of the dumpling and an electronic regulation for the cutting. The simple construction allows, even to an unexperienced staff, an easy dismanting of the parts for a simple cleaning. The machine is equipped with an automatic pulverizing system for the dumplings. All the safety devices follows the laws in force. Feeding with 3 phase current 380 Volts 50 Hz; on request with special voltages.
