Description

Overview
The carrier machine LBX 600 unplugged is designed for slurry wall (diaphragm wall) construction on urban and noise-sensitive jobsites. The battery-powered "unplugged" version produces no local exhaust and enables operation in confined spaces. The base carrier can be transported as a single unit. A modular box-boom system allows three machine configurations and high jobsite flexibility. The LBX 600 accepts mechanical or hydraulic grabs and chisel attachments.

Key features
  • Compact carrier suitable for confined and urban jobsites
  • Zero-emission electric drive — no local exhaust fumes
  • Battery-powered unplugged operation; battery charged from conventional jobsite electrical supply
  • Option for plugged-in socket operation — run while connected or recharge within hours
  • Modular box boom system offering three machine versions and flexible reach
  • Compatible with hydraulic or mechanical slurry wall grabs and chisel attachments
  • Two powerful free-fall winches for high line pull in grab and recovery operations
  • Slim / telescopic undercarriage for simplified transport and set-up

Attachments (example)
  • Slurry wall grab HSG 5-18 C/L — wall thickness: 500–1,800 mm
  • HSG 5-18 C/L — jaw opening width: 2,500–3,600 mm
  • HSG 5-18 C/L — max. closing force at teeth: 594 kN

Applications
  • Slurry wall installation with clamshell/grab for excavation of slurry wall panels
