Overview
The RU-4000 high-speed roll-up door is designed for installation on automated production lines and in industrial processes. Its high opening and closing speed reduces cycle time, enabling smoother material flow and safeguarding operators working near machinery.

Safety and standards
This product meets PLe / SIL3 performance requirements according to EN ISO 13849-1 and SIL3 EN 62061. It is supplied as standard with a category 4 magnetic sensor and can be configured with certified sensors from other manufacturers. The control cabinet provides PLC connectivity using analogue signals for status monitoring and integration into line control systems.

Design and construction

• Maximum dimensions up to 4000 x 4000 mm.
• Intended for indoor use on production lines or as enclosures for hazardous machinery.
• Combined structure: anodised aluminium exterior with steel interior for durability in industrial environments.
