The CR-30 high-speed roll-up door is designed for compartmentalisation of cold-storage chambers with exterior-to-interior temperature differentials up to 25 ºC and ambient humidity up to 30%. The curtain is a 3-layer assembly (2 PVC layers + 1 foam layer). In combination with heated guides and a motor equipped with heated resistors, the system ensures reliable operation in freezing environments and helps reduce frost accumulation.

• Curtain: high-resistance polyester curtain composed of 3 layers (2 PVC + 1 foam) to limit thermal transmission.
• Curtain weight: approx. 3150 g (for 2 PVC + 1 foam construction).
• Curtain temperature resistance: -35º to +70º.
• Maximum recommended dimensions: 3600 x 4000 mm.
• Installation: indoor, designed for cold-room and freezing-room separation.
• Structure: anodised aluminium frame with heated guides to prevent ice build-up.
• Motor: with heated resistors to ensure reliable start-up and operation at low temperatures.
• Opening speed: adjustable up to 2.0 / 1.0 m/s depending on dimensions.
• Safety: integrated photocell barrier for obstacle detection.
• Intended to reduce frost formation and maintain operational continuity in freezing environments.
