Washing/rinsing chamber completely free of stagnation zones. Tank with rounded edges. Counterbalanced guillotine door with double wall over the whole width, with locking device with safety microswitch. Easily removable stainless steel tank filters. Unloading of the tank is facilitated by a lever on the outside front. Easily reversible basket feed direction. Stainless steel washing and rinsing arms with quick extraction for cleaning. Safety system on the belt. Display of tank and boiler temperatures with digital thermoregulators. Timed operation with “auto timer” included to prevent the stop of the washing and rinsing functions in the absence of the baskets. Boiler insulated in AISI 304L stainless steel A. The machine can be complemented with a drying area, its respective service tables, extractor hood and heat pump.
