Rex PF is a pantograph (scissor) car parking lift designed for cars and goods, offering a compact and cost-effective solution for parking operations. It is suitable for long-wheelbase vehicles and cars with heavy front sections while providing reliable, serviceable components.
Construction and platform- Platform built from galvanized panels with a low profile to enable compact installation and reduced pit depth.
- Front and rear wheel stops are integrated to ensure correct vehicle positioning and to prevent forward movement during platform travel.
- The underside of the platform is supported by a steel skeleton for increased structural reliability; side platform profile width can be adjusted to adapt support area to customer vehicles.
Hydraulic system and safety- Hydraulic lift powered by two pistons (manufactured by O.ME.R.), each fitted with a differential valve to monitor oil pressure differences.
- Safety solenoid valve isolates the piston from the hydraulic circuit in case of major pressure loss to prevent uncontrolled oil escape.
- Platform travel is regulated by two limit switches and a third independent limit switch is fitted as a safety backup for redundancy.
Installation and maintenance- Junction box connecting the machine to the electrical control panel is mounted on the lower spacer of the fixed‑point leg for easy access.
- Electrical circuit and required systems are preinstalled on the unit to simplify and speed up site installation; the circuit remains accessible for maintenance.
- Sliding bases of the legs and the fixed frame base are anchored to the ground with mechanical anchors; wheels and pins use wear‑resistant plastic bushings to reduce friction and extend service life.
