Rex Gold is a scissor (pantograph) lifting platform designed for vehicles and goods, offering symmetric lifting, compact installation options and service-oriented accessibility. Available configurations provide up to 4.10 m lift height and capacities from 3,000 kg (standard) up to 4,000 kg.

Main components and construction

• Two central hydraulic pistons mounted on the mobile leg structure; pistons manufactured by O.ME.R. S.p.a.
• Cylinders joined at a fixed central connection and routed to the hydraulic system; a bar on the left piston carries three adjustable limit switches (two top, two lower and one safety).
• All hydraulic and electrical connections run along the legs, preinstalled and protected by a catenary system to avoid forced bending or damage.
• Legs slide on two continuous grooves fixed to the ground with mechanical anchors; bases shaped to prevent leg wheel disengagement under uneven conditions.
• Hydraulic pistons include differential pressure valves; parachute valves immediately lock the platform in case of abrupt pressure drop or oil leak.
• Electro-hydraulic unit (pump and oil tank) integrated with the electric control panel for a compact assembly.
• Flanged upper beam option available to allow delivery in parts for shaft installation where space is limited.
• Auxiliary lever centers the legs vs. the central axis to increase safety and prevent lateral disengagement.
• Platform composed of galvanized panels supported by a steel skeleton for lightness and strength.
• Pushbutton control panel includes movement buttons, mushroom emergency stop and activation key.

Safety, accessibility and maintenance

• Parachute valves and differential pressure valves protect against sudden hydraulic failures and lock the platform when necessary.
• Speed control valves and a pressure gauge for operating pressure, with easy access to the hydraulic block, simplify maintenance and interventions.
• Front and rear platform stops (standard) ensure correct vehicle positioning and prevent abrupt forward movement during operation.
