HYPERLIFT is a high-capacity 4-post platform lift designed to raise cars, light trucks, trailers and medium transport vehicles. It is certified for operation with people on board and suitable for industrial and workshop installations.
The four postsThe lift consists of four posts; all mechanical handling elements are enclosed by a metal mesh protection to prevent contact with moving parts.
ProtectionThe column and mechanical handling protection has a height of 2.40 m to prevent any contact from the platform; the protection can optionally support lighting systems.
ColumnThe column and drive train include a lifting piston, two returning chains, a toothed rack and the column structure. Massive construction ensures platform stability.
Each pistonEach piston is equipped with two structural returning chains that effectively double the piston rod length, enabling long travel without compromising stability. The lift can reach up to 16 m travel.
Pulley structureThe pulley assembly prevents chain derailment; pins are interlocked and a surrounding steel structure protects the chains.
PlatformThe platform features a stopping-wheel system to position the vehicle and act as a mechanical stop if the parking brake is not engaged. Two photocell barriers (one per short side) prevent platform movement in case of incorrect parking; the light beam forms a real barrier to avoid contact damage during travel.
Controls and safetyThe platform-mounted push-button board allows operation with people on board; it includes up/down buttons, an emergency stop and a standard auto-dialer that attempts predefined numbers in sequence. A second push-button board on the opposite side is optional. Landing push-button boards include stop, access key and door-closing functions and are rated IP54 for outdoor installation.
Mechanical synchronizationThe platform is balanced by longitudinal and transversal torsion bars connected to four toothed racks. Bevel gearboxes synchronize torsion bar rotation to ensure stable, flat movement and simultaneous action of the four pushing pistons. Toothed pinions engage racks welded to the columns to make platform torsion practically impossible.
Mechanical floor lockingA mechanical locking system at floor level prevents unwanted movements when the vehicle mounts the platform; it eliminates hydraulic creep and allows the hydraulic system to be depressurized between runs, prolonging component life.
