Since LEED Gold certification is being aspired to, the sustainable and durable facade elements from Rieder were opted for. The complex was clad with more than 2,000 sqm of öko skin slats in silvergrey. While the facade impresses with glass and glassfibre reinforced concrete, the interior features mainly wood. The interior of the theatre is thus reminiscent of a beaver dam.
