Three-component fiber-reinforced epoxy primer in water emulsion Three-component water-based epoxy primer reinforced with carbon fibers. Base coat with excellent vapor barrier for cover cement surfaces even in the presence of damp substrates. Excellent as a skim coat on tiled surfaces.
