Single-component water-based primer. Fixing dust and consolidating of cementitious surfaces, also in vertical. Primer for plasterboard substrates. Description Single-component product with very low viscosity based on a colloidal dispersion of a fine particle acrylic polymer (0.02-0.04 microns average particle diameter). The product has an excellent penetrating and consolidating power towards mineral supports. FIBROPROTEX PRIMER contains a biocidal additive that neutralizes plant organisms: mosses, lichens, ... FIBROPROTEX PRIMER penetrates asbestos-cement products, acts as a tridimesional binder, consolidates the surface and fixes the decoesionate fibers. Use Consolidation and fixing of fibers on asbestos-cement slabs before application of FIBROPROTEX PRIMER. Transparent fixative for chalked walls, which can be covered with water-based wall paints. Preparation of the support FRIBROPROTEX PRIMER can be applied to asbestos-cement products without the need for a preventive cleaning operation. Large moss formations must be removed manually, after their impregnation with FRIBROPROTEX PRIMER. Surfaces of slabs heavily infested by the presence of algae and fungi, must be treated in advance with the restoration solution (FIBROPROTEX RISAN). Application The application of FIBROPROTEX PRIMER must be carried out by spraying at low pressure, depositing the product on the surface. The consumption varies according to the compactness and the degree of absorption of the surface: asbestos-cement products require from 0.15 l/m2, for slabs with a very compact surface, to 0.45 l/m2, for slabs with a surface that flours.
