DC Motor for Curtain Open/Close
Easy Operations. Two controls are available, wireless control by Radio Transmitter, which is based on Build-in-Receiver;(Group Radio Control is also adaptable). Or Manually open, stop or close curtain either in case of power connected or power off. The Switch integrated on the Antenna brings an easy setup between the Radio Transmitter and the Build-in-Receiver. There is no necessity to setup limit positions.
Running Quiently and Safe. Running noise is less than 50 db(A). And the system is drived by powerful DC motor, which brings safety due to low voltage.
Reliable and Durable. The Function of AUTOSTOP against Barrier protects the motor from being over-loaded. The Buffer Protection avoids the impact resulted from big momentary current when motor starts.

FAAC entered the tubular motors market in 2006, with the aim of broadening its product range, to meet the requests of a market that has always recognised FAAC as the ideal partner to confide in to develop its projects.
FAAC tubular motors are now available in diameter sizes 35mm, 45mm and 58mm, with torque values varying from 5Nm and 120Nm (according to motor version).
The most important advantage of FAAC tubular motors with electronic travel limit device (both wired and radio) is the possibility of controlling 3 typical applications (rolling shutter, curtain with arms, curtain with box), using just one version of the motor: there is no need to use one type of motor for the rolling shutter/curtain with arms, and another one for the curtain with box, with the great advantage of reducing the number of managed codes and optimise storage in the warehouses.
Together with the motors with a radio electronic travel limit device, the innovative “I design” radio controls were presented at R+T, which combine a modern, innovative design with the functionality and quality typical of all FAAC products.
The radio controls are available in white, with a black control window, and in 4 different versions according to the number of motors to be managed. The manageable combinations are for 1 motor, 1 motor with sun/wind sensor, 6 motors (with single management or in a group of 6), 6 motors with sun/wind sensor (with single management or in a group of 6).

In many cases, opening a garage door involves a mammoth effort.The weight of the door itself or the tensile of the springs often present considerable resistance. In other words, everything speaks in favour of an electric drive.
The obvious addition to an electric door drive is a radio remote control with a range of at least 30 m. Interference from noise or light is completely ruled out. The hand-held transmitter allows you to open and shut the garage door without getting out of the car, regardless of whether you are arriving at home and parking in the garage or wanting to drive the car out. This is particulary pleasant when it is cold, wet or snowing.
