Description

ALPOLIC™ reAL Anodised is an aluminium composite panel consisting of two 0.5 mm thick aluminium cover sheets and a flame-retardant, optionally non-combustible core material. The front side is coated with genuine anodised finish. The coating is carried out in a unique continuous process under precisely controlled conditions. Compared to the usual batch anodising, this process guarantees enormous advantages: Even with an oxide layer thickness of only 8 μm, the same quality is achieved as the layer thickness of 18 - 25 μm normally required for outdoor applications. In addition, this process also offers advantages in terms of adhesion properties, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, colour fastness and colour brilliance. In addition, peeling, blistering and chalking phenomena are excluded. The composite panels are available in ALPOLIC™/fr (flame-retardant) or ALPOLIC™ A2 (non-combustible) versions.
